Established in Springfield, Illinois in 2016 by Coach Jose Miguel Burgos, TÉCNICA Youth Soccer Training is based on a simple principle: the will to win comes from enjoyment.
Coach Burgos, a decorated former college soccer player and award-winning youth soccer coach, makes encouragement, constant praising and motivation key components of his training methodology. Training sessions are developed to engage players in drills, exercises and games that mirror situations that happen during a soccer game— players must see the problem, understand the solution, provide and receive feedback, and then practice many times before they can get it right.
